Preprocessor.method_to_id(method, parameters)

Generate a unique ID for a specific method operation.

Parameters:

The name of the method.

A dictionary containing the parameters used by the method.

Returns:

str

A string representation of the method operation, which can be used as a unique identifier.

Raises:

NotImplementedError

If method is not a member of Preprocessor.
