CTFReconstructed.from_file

classmethod CTFReconstructed.from_file(filename, **kwargs)

Initialize CTF from file.

Parameters:

filenamestr

The path to a file with ctf parameters. Supports extensions are:

.star	GCTF file
.xml	WARP/M XML file
.mdoc	SerialEM file
.*	CTFFIND4 file

**kwargsoptional

Overwrite fields that cannot be extracted from input file.
